根据中国工程建设标准化协会2001建标协字第 10 号文《关
于下达印发 2001 年第一批标准制、修订项目计划的通知》的要求,
制定本规程。
聚乙烯钢肋复合缠绕管是一种用钢肋增强的高密度聚乙烯肋
壁板材经缠绕成型的柔性管,具有重量轻、环刚度大、安装方便
等特点,可用于无压埋地排水管道。目前国内推广应用这种管道
的工程已经起步,通过各地实践,效果良好。本规程是以相关国
家标准为依据,在各地试验研究和工程实践的基础上,参照国外
相关标准和研究资料编制而成的
根据国家计委计[1986]1649 号文《关于请中国工程建设标准
化委员会负责组织推荐性工程建设标准试点工作的通知》要求,
现批准发布协会标准《埋地聚乙烯钢肋螺旋复合管排水管道工程
技术规程》编号CECS2102006,推荐给工程设计、施工和使
用单位采用。
本规程由中国工程建设标准化协会管道结构专业委员会
CECS/TC17 归口管理由南京市市政设计研究院有限责任公司(南
京市同仁街 31 邮编 210008负责解释。使用中如发现需
修改或补充之处,请将意见和资料径寄解释单位。

1.0.1 地排程中聚乙
绕管,做到技术先进、全适用、经济合理、操作简便,确保工程质
量,特制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于城镇公用设施、矿企业和住宅小区中,一般用
途的新建、扩建、改建的埋地无压重水流聚乙烯钢肋复合缠绕管排水
管管道工程的工程设计、施工及验收
1.0.3 本规程是依据现行国家标准《室外排水设计规范》GB50014《给
水排水管道结构设计规范》GB50332 《给水排水管道工程施工及验
收规范》GB50268 规定的原则进行编制。
1.0.4 排入管道的水温、水质应符合现行行业标准《污水排入城市下
水道水质标准》CJ3082 的规定。
1.0.5 管道工程采用的管材、管件连接件等必须符合国家现行有关
标准的规定,并具有产品出厂合格证
1.0.6 在湿陷性黄土、膨胀土、永冻土和地震地区埋设管道时,尚应
符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
1.0.7 肋复水管程除
外,尚应符合国家现行的有关标准的规定

2 术语和符号
2.1
2.1.1 聚乙烯钢肋复合缠绕 helical winding polyethylene profile
wall with external steel rib pipeRIB-LOC PIPE
由挤出成型的高密度聚乙烯肋壁板材与外壁钢肋同步在内模上
连续螺纹状缠绕而卷制成型的管材。肋壁板材之间采用插入式肋增
的聚乙烯缠绕复合结构壁管材,属柔性管。简称“聚乙烯钢肋复合缠
绕管”,俗称“塑料螺旋管”
2.1.2 排水管道 sewer pipeline
在城镇基础设施、工矿企业和住宅小区内用于输送生活污水、
产污水的管道,以及输送截流雨水的雨水管道和雨、污水合流排放的
合流管道。
2.1.3 无压管道 non-pressure pipeline
输送水体处于重力流状态的管道此时,管道内的运行水位不超
过管道内顶,但允许运行水位出现间歇性超过管道内顶的情况,而由
此产生的内水压力不作为管道的内压指标
2.1.4 环向弯曲刚度 ring stiffness
反映埋地柔性管在管顶上部土荷载作用下管环所产生垂直变位
大小的刚度指标也是管道抵抗环向变形能力的指标,简称“环刚度”
对均质平壁管可用公式计算确定,对钢塑复合缠绕管可通过平行板
验确定。
2.1.5 公称直径DN nominal diameter
管材的标定直径,本规程中,聚乙烯钢肋复合缠绕管的公称直
