前 言
根据住房和城乡建设部《关于印发〈2007年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计
划〉的通知》(建标[2007]125号)的要求,消防应急照明和疏散指示系统技术
规范编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国际标准和国外先进
标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本标准。
本标准共分为 7 各章节和 6 附录,主要技术内容是:总则,术语,系统设计,
系统设计,施工,系统调试,系统检测与验收及系统运行维护。
本标准中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
本标准由住房和城乡建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释,由应急管理部
负责日常管理,由应急管理部沈阳消防研究所负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过
程中如有意见或建议,请寄送应急管理部沈阳消防研究所(地址:辽宁省沈阳市
皇姑区文大路218-20号甲,邮政编码:110034)。

1 总则
1.0.1 为了合理设计消防应急照明和疏散指示系统,保证消防
应急照明和疏散指示系统的施工质量,确保系统正常运行,制定
本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于建、构筑物中设置的消防应急照明和疏散
指示系统的设计、施工、调试、检测、验收与维护保养。
1.0.3 消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计,必须遵循国家有
关方针、政策,针对使用对象的特点做到安全可靠、技术先进、
经济合理、节能环保。
1.0.4 消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计、施工、调试、检
测、验收与维护保养,除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行有
关标准的规定。

2 术 语
2.0.1 消 防 应 急 照 明 和 疏 散 指 示 系 统 fire emergency
lighting and evacuate indicating system
为人员疏散和发生火灾时仍需工作的场所提供照明和疏散
指示的系统。
2.0.2 消防应急灯具 fire emergency luminaire
为人员疏散、消防作业提供照明和指示标志的各类灯具,
括消防应急照明灯具和消防应急标志灯具。
2.0.3 A 型消防应急灯具 A type fire emergency luminaire
主电源和蓄电池电源额定工作电压均不大于 DC36V 的消防应
急灯具。
2.0.4 消 防 应 急 照 明 灯 具 fire emergency lighting
luminaire
为人员疏散和发生火灾时仍需工作的场所提供照明的灯具。
2.0.5 消 防 应 急 标 志 灯 具 fire emergency indicating
luminaire
用图形、文字指示疏散方向,指示疏散出口、安全出口、
层、避难层(间)、残疾人通道的灯具。
2.0.6 switch board for fire emergency
lighting
为自带电源型消防应急灯具供电的供配电装置。
2.0.7 A A type switch board for fire
emergency lighting
