前言
本规范是根据中华人民共和国工业和信息化部办公厅《关于印发 2021 年第
三批行业标准制修订项目计划的通知》的要求,由中国冶金建设协会负责组织,
由中冶建筑研究总院有限公司为主编单位,会同设计研究单位、生产企业和行业
协会等单位,经广泛调研,借鉴国内和国际先进标准规范,吸收了专家学者和广
大冶金生产企业人员的意见和建议,经反复讨论、修改、论证审核定稿。
本规范共 9章和 7个附录,包括总则、术语、基本规定、安全使用规定、
查、观测和检测鉴定、技术状况分类、结构监测、维护、档案、数据和信息化管
理以及相关附录等内容。
本规范由工业与信息化部负责管理,由中冶建筑研究总院有限公司负责具体
内容的解释。执行过程中,如有意见或建议,请寄送中冶建筑研究总院有限公司

1总则
1.0.1 为规范冶金工业建构筑物的运维技术及管理,提高冶金工业建构筑物正常使用和安全
运维的管理水平,制定本规范。
1.0.2 本规范适用于冶金工业建筑物、构筑物及附属设施的安全运维。
1.0.3 冶金工业建构筑物安全运维应遵循科学管理、安全使用、检查、观测、检测鉴定、适
时维护的原则
1.0.4 冶金工业建构筑物的安全运维除应符合本规范的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准
的规定。

2术语
2.0.1 冶金工业建构筑物 metallurgical industrial building and structure
冶金工业建构筑物是指在冶金工业厂区内的工业建筑物和工业构筑物。工业建筑物是
工业厂区供人们进行生产或其它活动的房屋和场所,如各种生产厂房、辅助厂房、各类库房
变电所、泵站辅助生产的办公及休息房屋等工业构筑物是指工业厂区人们不直接在内进
行生产活动的场所,如高炉、水池、管道支架、烟囱、各类贮槽、通廊、冷却塔、除尘器、
煤气柜、放散塔等。
2.0.2 安全运维 safe operation and maintenance
为保证工业建构筑物全寿命周期安全使用所进行的检查、观测、检测鉴定、技术状况
类、监测、维护和档案、数据与信息化管理的一系列活动。
2.0.3 技术状况 technical condition
工业建构筑物结构或构件的综合技术状态,反映工业建构筑物结构的完好程度、安全程
度及使用功能的完善程度。
2.0.4 检查 inspection
通过目视观察或简单的仪器测量,了解工业建构筑物现状的行为
2.0.5 检测鉴定 test appraisal
对工业建构筑物结构的安全性和抗震性能所进行的调查、检测、验算、分析和评定等
系列活动,其中检测是对工业建构筑物结构的状况或性能所进行的现场测量和取样试验等工
作。
2.0.6 疲劳损伤度 crane girder fatigue damage degree
在循环荷载过程中,吊车梁疲劳损伤累计程度
2.0.7 日常维护 daily maintenance
对工业建构筑物及其附属设施进行的维护保养和修补轻微缺陷损伤的工作。
2.0.8 修复 repair
为恢复工业建构筑物原有技术状况而实施的功能性、结构性修复的工程措施。
2.0.9 加固 strengthening
对可靠性不足或要求提高可靠度的承重结构、构件及其相关部分采取增强、局部更换
调整其内力等措施。
2.0.10 附属设施 ancillary facility
