员 工 工 作 手 册
1. 劳动时间
公司鼓励并要求员工具有良好的敬业精神,当天的工作当天完成。
1.1 公司暂实行每周六天工作制(8小时/天)及综合计算工时工作制。
作息时间为: 夏令时(5 月-9 月) 上午:08:00——12:00
下午 14:00——18:00
冬令时(10 月-4 月)上午:08:00——12:00
下午:13:30——17:30
1.2 各部门均照公司规定的正常工作时间作息,生产部门可根据
生产的实际情况决定。
1.3 遇有其他特殊情况时,或根据生产经营需要,公司可安排加
班,员工应服从安排。
2. 假 期
2. 1 法定节假日:按照国家规定执行。视生产经营情况可以调整,届时以公司发文为准。
2.2 病 假
被医治或休养者应出具县级以上医院的证明,每次连续请假不超过 30天,一年累计不超过60
天。
2.3 事 假
2.3.1 员工因个人原因需请事假者,应事先填写"请假单",员工每次请事假最长时间不能超
过15天,一年内累计不能超过20天,(含路程时间)超过者按旷工处理。
2.3.2 事假期间不发工资。
2.4 请假手续办理
2.4.1 工申请以上假期,均须提前填写"请假",经权限人员批准后方可生效,请假单
交行管部。如因突发事件未能按上述流程请假,则应在当日按请假批准权限向批准人电话请
假,并在恢复正常上班后的当日补办有关手续。
2.4.2 请假权限
采取逐级请假原则。请假一日以内的报主管/工段长批准,二日以内的(含)部门经理批准,
三日以内的(含)报主管副总批,三日以上报公司总经理批准。部门经理以上人员请假必须经总
经理批准。
3. 劳 动 合 同
3.1 劳动合同基本期限
3.1.1 公司部门经理以上人员及高级技术人员为5年及以上;
3.1.2 其它所有的岗位签3年;
