2 工程概况
为北中第目工京市
区规划红军营西路、京包铁路、羊坊东路及规划清河营路围合路块
开发单位为北京华贸奥苑房地产开发有限公司,监理单位为北京赛
瑞斯国际工程咨询有限公司,设计单位为北京市建筑设计研究院,
施工总承包单位为青建集团股份公司。工程开工日期为 2014 3
15 日,竣工日期均为 2015 905 日,总工期为 540 日历天。

D15 独栋别墅部分组成总建筑面积为 30019.76m²,其中地上面积为
23560.18m²,地下面积为 6459.58m²。其中:

3.1 米,建筑面积 3935.72m²。总建筑高度为 12.68 米。
D13-D14 为剪力墙结构,单体总建筑面积为 4378.20m²。其中地

3 施工准备工作
3.1 技术准备工作
3.11 根据建设单位提供的城市定位坐标点及高程控制点,进行复
核此 3处定位桩点。
3.12了解,认图纸员通
总平面图和设计说明的学习,了解工程总体布局,工程特点,周围
环境、建筑物的相对位置及坐标,了解现场测量坐标与建筑物的关

施工现场已经按照要求进行了场地平

本工程测量任务要包括平面控制测量,高层控制测量,建筑物定
位放线和基础施工测量,结构施工测量,建筑装饰设备安装施工
测量、变形测量等。

4 施工测量的基本要求
4.1 施测原则
4.1.1 严格执行测量规范,建立建筑物平面控制网及高程控制网。
4.1.2 严格审核测量原始据的准测量放线与计工作
校核的工作方法。
4.1.3 定位工作自检互检再报检的工作制度。
4.1.4 遵守先整体后局部、高度控制度的工作程序。即先测设
高的场地体控制网,以控制网为依据进行局部建筑物
的定位、放线和测图。
4.2 建筑物平面控制网布网原则
4.2.1 控制点应选在通视条件良好,安全、的地方。

4.4 高程控制网布置原则
4.4.1 为保证建筑物施工的度要求,在场区建立高程控制网
以此保证施工竖向精度。
4.4.2 高程控制网采用水准测法。
4.4.3 测量等为 国 三等水准测量,每 千 米 高 误 差
±3mm
4.4.4 高程控制测量采用附合测法。
4.4.5 高程控制点便于施测使
