前 言
根据浙江省住房和城乡建设厅关于印发《2017 年浙江省建筑节能及相关工程建设标准
制修订计划》的通知(建设发20183号)的要求,规范编制组通过深入调查研究,参考
国内外的有关标准,并结合实际施工经验,制定了本规范。
本规范共分 10 章,主要技术内容包括:1总则;2术语;3基本规定;4牵引及降压变
电所;5刚性架空接触网;6柔性架空接触网;7接触轨;8杂散电流腐蚀防护系统;9可视
化接地系统;10 电力监控与电能质量管理系统。
本规范由浙江省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理和对强制条文的解释,由杭州市建设工程质
量安全监督总站负责技术内容的解释。执行过程中,请各有关单位结合实际,不断总结经验,
并将发现的问题、意见和建议函告杭州市建设工程质量安全监督总[地址:干山100
号耀江国际大A12 楼,邮政编码:310005],以供修订时参考。
