关于发布《被动式超低能耗居住建筑节能
设计标准》的公告
《被动式超低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》(编号为
DB13(J)/T 2732018已经本机关审查并批准为河北省工程建设
标准,现予发布,自 2019 11日起实施。原 《被动式低能
耗居住建筑节能设计标准》(编号为 DB13(J)/T 1772015
时废止。

前 言
为贯彻国家有关节约能源、保护环境的法律法规和政策,实
施可持续发展战略,进一步降低居住建筑能耗和改善室内环境,
根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅关于印发《房屋建筑与市政基础设
施工程现场施工技术人员配备标准》等 4项标准制(修)订计划
的通知(冀建工〔201827 号)的要求,本标准是在原《被动式
低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》DB13(J)/T 1772015 的基础上,
经过广泛深入调查研究,认真总结工程经验,修订而成。
本标准主要技术内容包括:1. 总则2. 术语和符号;3.
术指标;4. 供暖、调和一次能源消耗量计算;5. 建筑设计;6.
通风、供暖与空调及照明设计和相关附录等。
本标准由河北省建筑科学研究院负责具体技术内容的解释,
由河北省工程建设标准化管理办公室负责管理
本标准执行过程中如有意见和建议,请寄送河北省建筑科学
研究院(石家庄市槐安西路 395 号,邮编:050227,电子邮箱:
lvsejianzhu001@126.com),以便修订时参考。
