关于发布北京市地方标准《建筑基坑支护
技术规程》的通知
京建发〔2016〕409 号
各区住房城乡建设委,各集团、总公司,各有关单位:
根据北京市质量技术监督局《关于印发 2014 年北京市地方标准
制修订项目计划的通知》(京质监标发〔2014〕36 号)的要求,由北
京城建科技促进会主编的《建筑基坑支护技术规程》已经北京市质
量技术监督局批准,北京市质量技术监督局、北京市住房和城乡建
设委员会共同发布,编号为 DB11/489-2016,代替《建筑基坑支护技
术规程》DB11/489-2007,自 2016 年12 月1日起实施。同意第 3.1.9
条、第 6.3.6 条、第 7.3.20 条、第 8.1.2 条、第 8.2.5 条作为强制性条
文,必须严格执行。
该标准由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会、北京市质量技术监督
局共同负责管理,由北京城建科技促进会负责解释工作。
特此通知。

关于同意北京市地方标准《建筑基坑支护
技术规程》备案的函
建标标备〔2016〕70 号
北京市住房和城乡建设委员会:
你委《关于北京市工程建设地方标准<建筑基坑支护技术规程>、
申请备案的函》(京建科标备便〔2015〕08 号),收悉。经研究,同
意该标准作为“中华人民共和国工程建设地方标准”备案,其备案
号为:J13247-2016。其中,同意第 3.1.9 条、第 6.3.6 条、第 7.3.20
条、第 8.1.2 条、第 8.2.5 条作为强制性条文。
该标准的备案号,将刊登在国家工程建设标准化信息网和近期
出版的《工程建设标准化》刊物上。

前 言
本规程为强制性标准,其中第 3.1.9,6.3.6,7.3.20,8.1.2,8.2.5
等条(款)为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
根据北京市质量技术监督局“关于印发 2014 年北京市地方标准
制修订项目计划的通知”(京质监标发〔2014〕36 号文)的要求,由
北京城建科技促进会组织有关单位在经广泛调查研究,认真总结工
程实践经验,参考有关标准,并广泛征求意见的基础上,对《建筑
基坑支护技术规程》( DB11/489-2007)进行了全面修订。
本规程的主要技术内容是:总则、术语和符号、基本规定、放
坡、支挡式结构、土钉墙、地下水控制、基坑开挖、监测、附录A
基坑支护设计文件内容、附录 B锚杆钢腰梁按简支梁考虑时选型参
考表、附录 C渗透稳定性验算。其中附录 A~附录 C均为规范性附录。
本规程修订的主要技术内容是:对原规程中强制性条文第 3.1.2,
3.1.4,3.1.5(1)、(2), 3.1.6,3.1.7,3.7.3,3.7.4,3.7.5,3.7.6,3.7.8,
3.7.13,6.3.6,6.4.2 等条(款)进行了条款的部分内容调整或条款号
调整;对第 3章勘察要求进行了修改;将原规程第 5章标题改为支
挡式结构,增加了双排桩的设计内容,并对其他节的内容进行了补
充;将原规程 3.7 节独立成章,作为第 8章;新增第 9章;删除了原
规程中附录 B、附录 C内容,新增加附录 B及附录 C内容。
本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市质量技术监督
局共同负责管理,由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会归口并负责组织
实施。由北京城建科技促进会负责具体技术内容的解释。执行过程
中如有意见和建议,请寄送至北京城建科技促进会(地址:北京市
